Assistance for Non-Urgent Matters
For non-urgent matters such as appointment scheduling, medication refill requests, and other non-immediate issues, please contact our administrative staff at the main office phone number above.
Cancellation
We require a twenty-four (24) hour advance notice by the client for rescheduling or cancellation of any appointment. Any appointment that is canceled by the client without such notice will be charged at the full rate.
Client Portal
We use a secure client portal called JANE. You will receive an automated email from JANE with a link to your portal, which provides access to your billing information. Billing emails typically originate on Thursdays or Fridays. All billed services are to be paid in full the following week from your date of service once you receive the billing email stating the open balance.
Billing Information
Dr. Flannery’s Services: Invoices will include all forms of communication and coordination of care (in-person visits, tele-health visits, phone calls, text, and email messages, as well as travel time for in-home appointments). This may also include calls with other collaborating physicians, clients/patients’ family members, referents, therapists, treatment centers, or others as appropriate. Services are billed in 15-minute increments at Dr. Flannery’s hourly rate, as agreed upon in your services agreement.
Care Coordination: Communication and care coordination that are non-medical related will be billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate listed in the services agreement.
Travel Time: Invoices for provider services may also include travel time. Please refer to the rate sheet included in your service agreement for in-home services. Note that rates are subject to change.
